Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return:

You can request a return directly from your order confirmation page. If you need help, contact us at overclockdstore.support@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide the correct return address once your request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return shipping costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union — Right of Withdrawal:

 If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window is extended if it falls over a weekend or public holiday. To exercise this right, submit a return request from your order page or contact us at overclockdstore.support@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at overclockdstore.support@gmail.com.
